Jeff D'Angelo

Jeff is a senior Mechanical Engineering Major at the University at Buffalo. His role as Webmaster in the band shell accessibility project includes the design and development of the team website. He is also responsible for acceptance testing on the physical prototypes. Most recently, he has been updated the website regularly to add the teams progress. He has also worked on securing a location with UB professor Jason Armstrong to stress test the leg prototype. He has also recently finished all of the necessary hand calculations for the ramp's feet.

 

 

 

 

Alex DeMay

Alex is a senior Mechanical Engineering Major at the University at Buffalo. His role is the Project Coordinator which includes task scheduling and meeting management. He works with the group and advisors to identify tasks and allocate them accordingly. He regularly checks the course schedule, reminding the team of upcoming due dates and meetings. Currently, he is organizing final delivery of the project. His focus is to lead the development of project poster and presentation. He will also be in charge of giving the final presentation at the UB senior design expo.

Andrew Kruger

Andrew is a senior Mechanical Engineering Major at the University at Buffalo. His role as editor includes tasks such as structuring deliverables and reviewing each part of the deliverables to meet the requirements of the rubrics. He is currently in charge of taking pictures and recording the teams progress on their prototypes. He has also been spending time on hand analytics to prove the simulated finite element analysis. His efforts are also being shifted to the final presentation and paper.

 

 

 

Casey Amidon

Casey is a senior Mechanical Engineering Major at the University at Buffalo. His role in this project is the technical coordinator. He also provides expertise in structural analysis using SolidWorks software. Most currently Casey has recently been in command of the leg prototype that has since been tested. He is currently shifting his role to all of the necessary technical documentation for the final paper.

 

 

Joel Levin

Joel is a senior Mechanical Engineering Major at the University at Buffalo. His role as prototype coordinator placed him in charge of the design and creation of the prototype models. He is currently working heavily on the final presentation poster.
